We recently managed 44 tradesmen in a 16-day major refurbishment of the Cavenagh Hotel in Darwin. Managing a major redesign and refit of this major Darwin nightspot was challenging but we delivered the project on time, on budget and with high customer satisfaction.
OWB has a specific trade-letting procedure which is designed to ensure procured products and services meet our requirements for quality. Wherever possible, OWB selects subcontractors that have performed to OWB’s satisfaction in the past. All new subcontractors undergo a review process, which includes a reference check and financial check, to ensure the subcontractors have the required level of experience and capability to complete the works efficiently and effectively.
